Visit Salamanca Market in Hobart on a Saturday and sample local Tasmanian produce - from fresh berry pancakes to bush honeys, organic goods and delicious sausages! There are also a number of delicatessen shops across the island producing local condiments, smoked meats and fish and luscious cheeses.
